Vehicle Shipping times depend on the kind of car carrier selected (open transport or enclosed transport) and if your vehicles is located in a major city, or in a rural area.

Listed below are basic guidelines. Once your vehicle is scheduled with a specific car hauler you will be given a better time frame for pick up.

East Coast to West Coast - approx. 7 to 14 days

Midwest to East Coast - approx. 5 to 8 days

South to the North - approx. 5 to 8 days

With State-24-72 hours

When an auto transporter says "pick-up window" they are referring to the time surrounding your pick up date. Due to traffic, weather and many other factors it is hard for them to narrow down a time frame until the day before actual shipment.  We require a 3 day window for scheduling, most drivers are in the area for anywhere from 12 to 48 hours, they try and call with as much advanced notice as possible to schedule your pick up or delivery.

Due to the state taxation and inspections on car carriers and auto shipping laws from the Department of Transportation, exact pick up dates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If a company leads to believe they can pick up or deliver a vehicle on an exact date you could be in for disappointment. The truth is that pickup and delivery can only be scheduled in an estimated window. Due to weather, traffic, and many other obstacles it is hard to give an exact time.
