Shipping A Car By Train

 Whether you bought your car on eBay Motors or at a dealership in another state you need to get the vehicle to you. The only real choice when shipping a car in the US is truck or car transport by train.

Most all freight trains no longer allow private vehicles on the train.  You can use Amtrak Auto Train. However, there are two big limitations to this service:

• First, it only travels between Lorton, Virginia (near Washington, DC) and Sanford, Florida (near Orlando, Florida).
• Second, To transport your car by train, you must travel with your vehicle.

Most people don't want to travel with their vehicle or need another delivery route. In that case, the only choice is truck shipping.

Car shipping by train is not practical, ship your car with a 1st Class AUTO SHIPPER
