The common practice of most relocation companies is to put your request through to a dispatch board. We have been in the industry for so many years, we just know which drivers to call in what routes.

Drivers are required to carry both liability and cargo insurance. We check that all certification is up to date and in good standing and keep all information about our drivers on file in our offices for your review, that includes cell phone numbers, secondary phone numbers, fax, and email.
All vehicles are transported door-to-door whenever possible. We only use terminals when absolutely necessary, there is more chance of damage in terminals, so we prefer not to use them if possible.
Be wary of those shipping companies who stipulate in their contract that you must pay a non-refundable deposit and they tend to be the ones that have problems moving vehicles.
